Microwave Earl Grey Cupcake
Oven is essential for baking?
No - you can make nice cupcake only with a microwave!
You do not need many ingredients, nor much effort
for this fluffy yet delicious earl grey cupcake!
potion for 3-4 (depending your cup/dish)
Ingredients
Butter 55g
Sugar 2tbs
Egg 2 eggs
Beau Durée Earl grey spreads 60g/60ml
Baking powder 1tsp
salt 1 pinch
flour 100g
(optional - earl grey tea leaf)

How to cook👩🏻🍳
1. Melt the 55g of butter
2. Put 2tbs of Sugar
3. Put 1tsp of baking soda
4. put 2 eggs and a pinch of salt
5. Melt the Beau Durée Earl Grey spread (60ml) and mix with all the ingredients
(Optional - if you have earl grey tea bags, simply tear the bag and put it - this way, you can enjoy more of aroma)
6. Mix it well 💃🏻
7. Divide them into the bowls/cups/whichever you want
8. Microwave it (or them) for 3 minutes with 600 watts
9. Check with forks or chopsticks to see whether there is any runny ingredients in it (if so, microwave 30 seconds and check again)
10. Cool it down a bit and enjoy
