Earl Grey Crème brûlée

Crème brûlée is one of my favourite desserts.
Creamy texture with crispy top always reminded me of time in France.
Today, I introduce Earl Grey Crème brûlée,
ameliorated version of traditional crème brûlée with elegant Bergamot aroma. 
For this, you only need 3 ingredients

portion for 2 

 

Ingredients

4 egg yolks
2tbs Beau Durée Earl Grey Spreads
2 tbs sugars - for top part

How to cook 👩🏻‍🍳

 

 

1. Put the yolks into bowls and whisk them
 

 

 

2. Add 2tbs Earl Grey Spread into the bowls and mix them well

 

 

3. Pour the mixture into the pot and warm them up in a mild heat

 

 
4. Set them in the small dish and chill them in the fridge at least 2 hours

 

 

5. Once the creme part is ready, let's make the brûlée part. If you have blowtorch at home, lay thin layers of sugar and blowtorch them. 
If not, melt 2tbs of sugar into a pot

 

 

6. Stir it till it becomes slightly brown

 

(if this colour is out, it is too dark - lighter colour will be ok)

 

7. Swiftly make a thin layer with sugar water on the creme

 

(It will be too dark!)
