5 Benefits of Matcha

Matcha is powdered green tea, specially grown and processed. For better flavour and texture, Matcha requires covering the tea plants with shade cloths until they are ripped when growing. The leaves are hand-selected, steamed briefly to stop fermentation, then dried and aged in cold storage, which deepens the flavour. Dried leaves are then stone-ground into a fine powder.
