Matcha Panna Cotta with Blueberries
Hi everyone,
light yet full of matcha flavour is always guilt free snack for me.
So why not share with you?😊
Ingredients (for 2-3 servings)
100ml milk (depending on your taste, it can be any milk)
300g Beau Durée matcha spread
1 sachet Vege-Gel (can be Agar Agar or pectin)
Blueberries (for deco)

How to cook👩🏻🍳
1. Pour milk into a pot

2. Mix the milk with Beau Durée Matcha Spread

3. Boil and stir for 2 minutes

4. Put the Vege-Gel into the pot

(I originally mixed with warm water but it was not a good idea.
So I would rather recommend to dilute it directly in the pot)
5. Boil and stir for another 3 minutes
6. Put them in the bowls

7. Chill them in the fridge for 30 minutes

8. Enjoy😋
