Matcha Granola Bars

Portion for 12 bars 


180g Oak Flakes
80g Almonds 
40g Pumpkin Seeds
125g Honey
180g Beau Durée Matcha spread
50g Cranberries
(1tbs Matcha powder- optional)

How to cook👩🏻‍🍳

1. Preheat the oven on 170'C

2. Toast nuts, seeds and oats for 10 minutes

3.  Meanwhile, warm the honey, Beau Durée Matcha Spreads over low heat until the mixture starts to bubble

4. Mix with oats, nuts, seeds and cranberries 

5. Put the mixture to a square baking tin lined with parchment paper and press it to distribute it evenly

6. Leave to set in the fridge for 10 minutes and then slice it into single bars
