Matcha Basque Cheese Cake

Do you think it is difficult to make cheesecake?
Don't worry!
It is very easy and you don't have to spend much time on this amazing cheesecake!
Enjoy mellow matcha and full-flavoured cheesecake with only four ingredients!
Portion for 8


Cream cheese 700g
Sugar 100g
Eggs 170g
Beau Durée Matcha spread 220g
(Matcha powder -optional for decoration)
How to cook👩🏻‍🍳


1. Preheat the oven at 220'C


2.. Put all ingredients together

3. Mix them very finely

shake it±

(well, we did the lazy version - it does not change anything if you do not mix it finely except personal satisfaction...😬)

4. Bake it in the oven for 35 minutes at 220'c


5. Leave it at ambience temperature for 1 hour

Matcha cake outside

you can skip this step if you cannot wait to try or cannot be bothered😬

6. Chill it in the fridge for 2 hours or more (usually recommend overnight!)

7. Enjoy



We put some matcha powder for decoration, but this is completely optional - if you do not have or do not want, you can simply skip this. It is not grave at all.
