Finally summer has arrived in the UK!!
I have been enjoying opening my eyes with natural lights and warmth.
But at the same time, during the lockdown, I gained some weight. 
So I am sharing my breakfast,
Ban-apple walnut smoothie with a scoop of Earl Grey!
Portion for 1 breakfast


1 apple
1/2 banana
1 Handful of walnuts
1 Table Spoon Earl Grey Spreads

How to cook👩🏻‍🍳

1. Prepare the ingredients
